Rebecca Riley and Associates is a small company specialising in People and Organisation Develpment. Rebecca is the Company Director. She has over ten years’ experience at board level. In the past she has worked in strategic/ professional leadership roles and operational management within health, social care and the third sector organistions. Rebecca is a registered adult, children's and District Nurse and spent a number of years as Director/ Lead Officer of a Hospice. Rebecca has a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching (University of Chester) and uses a variety of coaching and Person Centred approaches to support her work.

Rebecca worked at Rainbows Children’s Hospice from May 2003 to January 2008 as the Hospice Director she was the responsible lead officer for the organisation and the Registered Manager/Provider. During this time Rebecca provided excellent strategic organisational, managerial and professional leadership which made a significant contribution to the development and growth of the hospice. Rebecca was the commissioning lead for the Hospice, demonstrating excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
